I am thrilled to announce that I am joining the team at Provision as their General Counsel. This is an opportunity that I am incredibly passionate about and I wanted to share a few reasons why I am so excited to be a part of this innovative team.
First and foremost, I have been an advocate for artificial intelligence in the legal field ever since the technology became accessible. The potential of AI to transform how we work and interact is immense, and I've seen firsthand the positive impact it can have in practice. Joining Provision is a natural extension of my journey as an AI evangelist.
Moreover, my relationship with Luigi and the team at Provision goes back several months now. Their initial outreach to me about this role was extremely intriguing, and despite initially having some trepidation about leaving private practice, I eventually saw the light and jumped aboard. I really admire their dedication to pushing the boundaries of technology in the construction industry, and after years of listening to my clients' frustrations in both the United States and Canada regarding their legal issues, I now feel well suited to finally be a part of a cost-effective, practical, scalable solution.
Moreover, I've had several conversations with friends and colleagues in the industry recently and have heard nothing but glowing reviews about Provision. Their (now ours!) technology is making waves, and it's exciting to hear how it is being embraced and valued by professionals who are always on the lookout for cutting-edge solutions.
What excites me the most, however, is the potential impact that Provision can have on the construction industry as a whole. The platform's capabilities to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and bring transparency to projects are game-changing. I firmly believe that Provision is poised to revolutionize the industry, benefiting all stakeholders involved—from contractors and developers to architects and engineers…and even lawyers.
I wouldn't have accepted this role if I didn't believe in the vision and the potential of Provision. This company stands at the forefront of a transformative era in construction, and I am honoured to be part of a team that is not only innovative but also dedicated to making a positive impact.
