Provision combines the expertise of Infrastructure Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Software Engineers, Civil Engineers and Data Scientists. We have collectively spent years working on commercial construction agreements and some of the world’s largest infrastructure projects.
Luigi was previously Director at Plenary Americas, a private equity firm that deployed equity in large-scale infrastructure projects. He left to co-found Provision after observing that even the most sophisticated construction companies struggled with identifying and mitigating risk on their projects. He graduated from the University of Toronto as a civil engineering graduate and worked in engineering consulting before leaving for infrastructure. On the weekends, Luigi enjoys learning Python, playing poker and reading.
Brendan was previously the CTO/Co-founder of two venture backed startups in South Africa, building both product and engineering teams from scratch. He graduated from the University of Cape Town as a Quantity Surveyor but has building software products since he was 14. He left construction after graduation to focus on software. Following his exit from Jem, he moved to Canada to work on Provision.
Ben Morse brings over a decade of expertise in startup sales, strategic team leadership, and innovation in construction technology. His journey includes driving market entries, contributing to seed and Series A fundraising, and leading collaborations across customer success, product, and engineering teams. As a consultant, Ben has helped stakeholders across the construction industry adopt new technologies.
Hayden is a business graduate and athlete. He brings experience in both sales and marketing, primarily from his work at Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment, where he helped scale their youth programs in collaboration with the NHL Players Association. At General Electric, Hayden contributed to large-scale marketing campaigns and brand strategy research. His family has been in the construction industry for over 40 years and he now works to advance Provision’s mission of de-risking construction projects for all commercial contractors. When he isn’t selling, he’s training for an upcoming Ironman.
Michael is a seasoned software engineer with over four years of experience working in construction software development. Prior to Provision, he played a pivotal role at Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) developing construction management software for their Restoration and Infrastructure business unit. Michael's expertise extends to other industries, leading product development in areas including continuing education and logistics.
Siddhesh is a software engineer with an academic background in Machine Learning and Data Science. Prior to Provision he was developing the consumer marketplace for Mindbody, a health and wellness software company. When not writing code he enjoys playing the guitar and writing music.
